　　一般情況下，如果是關(guān)不嚴(yán)的話，先確認(rèn)一下閥門(mén)是否有關(guān)閉到位，如果已經(jīng)關(guān)閉到位后，還是存在泄露不能密封，那就再檢查密封面的情況。有些閥門(mén)的密封副是可拆卸的，那就拿出來(lái)進(jìn)行研磨，再次試驗(yàn)。如果還是關(guān)不嚴(yán)的話，那就必須返廠檢修或者更換閥門(mén)，以免影響閥門(mén)正常使用及出現(xiàn)工況事故等問(wèn)題。

　　一、 有雜質(zhì)卡住閥門(mén)密封面

　　閥門(mén)有時(shí)突然關(guān)不嚴(yán)，可能是閥門(mén)密封面間有雜質(zhì)卡住，此時(shí)不應(yīng)用力強(qiáng)行關(guān)閉，應(yīng)把閥門(mén)稍開(kāi)大一些，然后再試圖關(guān)閉，反復(fù)試試，一般即可排除，否則應(yīng)進(jìn)行再次檢查。也應(yīng)保持介質(zhì)的質(zhì)量潔凈。
